Check your LG TV first
LG smart TVs use the webOS system. To check your TV is up to date, open Settings > All Settings > Support > Software Update and install any update. You can find your model number in the same Support menu under TV Information.
Very old LG TVs (NetCast, before webOS) can’t install current IPTV players. If yours is one of them, plug in a streaming stick and follow our Firestick guide instead.
How to install IPTV on an LG TV, step by step
Open the LG Content Store
Press Home on the remote and select LG Content Store or Apps. Use the search icon at the top of the screen.
Install an IPTV player
Search for IPTV Smarters Pro (sign in by typing your login) or IBO Player Pro (playlist linked to your TV’s MAC address). Select Install.
Add your Elitnes login
IPTV Smarters Pro: choose Login with Xtream Codes API, then enter any name, your username, password and server URL, and select Add user.
IBO Player Pro: the app shows a MAC address and device key. Photograph the screen and send it to us on WhatsApp; we add your playlist for you.
Load your channels
Give the app a minute to load the channel list and TV guide. In IBO Player Pro, close and reopen the app once we confirm your playlist is added.
Pin the app to your home bar (optional)
Highlight the app on the home bar, press and hold OK, and move it to the front so it is always one click away.

- Restart the TV fully now and then by switching it off at the wall for a minute, which clears the memory.

Install the latest TV software and check the TV’s region and date settings are correct, then search again. Older models may not support current players.
Login error in IPTV Smarters Pro
Usernames and passwords are case-sensitive. Use the Magic Remote pointer to check every character, and make sure the server URL starts with http://.
Channels freeze or buffer
