Check your Samsung TV first

Option 1: set up IPTV Smarters Pro (sign in directly)
IPTV Smarters Pro lets you type your Elitnes login straight into the TV, so you don’t need a phone or computer.
Install the app
Press Home on your remote, go to Apps and select the search icon. Type IPTV Smarters, choose IPTV Smarters Pro and select Install.
Accept the terms and choose your login type
Open the app, accept the terms and choose Login with Xtream Codes API.
Enter your Elitnes login
Type any name (for example “Elitnes”), then the username, password and server URL exactly as we sent them. Select Add user.
Start watching
The app loads Live TV, Films, Series and the TV guide. Choose Live TV, pick a category and select a channel.
Option 2: set up IBO Player Pro (MAC address)
IBO Player Pro links your playlist to the TV’s MAC address instead of a typed login. It is a good choice if you want the same player on a Samsung TV, an LG TV and a Firestick.
Install IBO Player Pro
Search for IBO Player Pro in Apps and install it.
Write down the MAC address and device key
Open the app. It shows a MAC address and a device key. Take a photo of the screen with your phone.
Send them to us
Send the photo to us on WhatsApp and we add your playlist for you. You can also add it yourself on the app developer’s website using the same MAC address and key.
Restart the app
Close IBO Player Pro and open it again. Your playlist appears with live channels, films and series.

Tips for a smooth picture on Samsung TVs
- Plug in an Ethernet cable. Samsung TVs have a network port on the back, and a wired connection is much steadier than built-in Wi-Fi for live sport.
- Keep the TV software updated in Settings > Support > Software Update.
- Close apps you are not using: hold the Back button to return to the home screen, or switch the TV off at the wall once a week to clear its memory.

The app isn’t in the Samsung app store
Update the TV software and search again. Some older models don’t support these apps; a Firestick or Android box is the simplest workaround.
“Playlist not found” or nothing loads in IBO Player
Check that we have the exact MAC address from the app – it is easy to mix up 0 and O or 1 and I. Close and reopen the app after we confirm the playlist is added.
The app says its trial has expired
MAC-based players charge their own activation fee after a trial. This is paid to the app developer, not to Elitnes, and your channels keep working once the app is activated.
