Smart TVs
- Samsung Smart TVs (Tizen) – with IPTV Smarters Pro or IBO Player Pro from the Samsung app store.
- LG Smart TVs (webOS) – with apps from the LG Content Store.
- Android TV and Google TV sets – including many Sony, Philips, TCL and Hisense models with Google Play.
- Hisense TVs with VIDAA OS – app choice is limited, so we suggest adding a Firestick.
- Fire TV smart TVs – follow the Firestick guide, which works the same way.
Not sure what your TV runs? Look in its settings under About or Support, or message us the model number.
Streaming sticks and boxes
- Amazon Fire TV Stick, Fire TV Stick 4K / 4K Max and Fire TV Cube – the most popular choice for IPTV.
- Android TV boxes, Nvidia Shield and Chromecast with Google TV – with TiviMate or another Google Play app.
- Apple TV 4K and Apple TV HD – with iPlayTV, IPTVX or UHF.
- MAG boxes such as the MAG 322, 324 and 424 – activated with your MAC address.
- Formuler boxes such as the Z11 and Z10 ranges – with the built-in MYTVOnline app.
Phones and tablets
- iPhone and iPad – with Smarters Player Lite, IPTVX or GSE Smart IPTV.
- Android phones and tablets – with OTT Navigator, Televizo or GSE Smart IPTV.
Computers, consoles and other players
- Windows PCs and Macs – with IPTV Smarters, MyIPTV Player, IPTVX or VLC.
- Xbox – with MyIPTV Player from the Microsoft Store.
- Kodi – with the PVR IPTV Simple Client add-on.
- Any M3U or Xtream Codes player – if your app accepts either, your Elitnes login will work.
Devices we don’t recommend
- Older smart TVs whose app store has no IPTV player. Plug in a Firestick or Android box instead – it is cheaper than a new TV.
- PlayStation consoles, which don’t offer a dedicated IPTV player app.
- Very cheap unbranded Android boxes with old Android versions. They often struggle with 4K and large TV guides.
Which device should you use?
If you are buying something new for IPTV, a Fire TV Stick 4K is the simplest, best-value option for most homes. For a main TV where you watch a lot of live sport, an Android TV box with an Ethernet port (such as an Nvidia Shield or a Formuler) gives the most stable picture. If you have a recent Samsung or LG TV, try the app on the TV first – you may not need anything extra.
Whatever you choose, make sure your connection is up to it: at least 10 Mbps per HD stream and 25 Mbps for 4K. Watching on several screens? See multi-room IPTV.
Supported devices FAQ
Does Elitnes work on Roku?
Roku has very limited support for IPTV player apps, so we don’t recommend it. A Firestick or Android box is a better choice.
Can I use different devices with one subscription?
Yes. Install the app on any of your devices; your plan sets how many can watch at the same time.
My device isn’t listed – will it work?
If it can run an app that supports Xtream Codes or M3U playlists, it almost certainly will. Ask us for a free trial to check before you buy.
