Quick answer: to set up IPTV on a MAG box:
- Send us the MAC address from the sticker under the box.
- Go to Settings > System settings > Servers > Portals.
- Enter a portal name and the portal URL we send you.
- Save, go back and choose Restart portal.

- A MAG box such as the MAG 322, 324 or 424, connected to your TV and router.
- The MAC address – printed on the label under the box, starting with
00:1A:79. - An Elitnes plan or free trial – choose a plan or ask for a free trial and mention you have a MAG box.
How MAG activation works
MAG boxes don’t use a username and password. Instead, your subscription is linked to the box’s unique MAC address, and the box connects to a portal – a web address that delivers your channels, TV guide and on-demand library. That is why we need the MAC address before you start, and why changing to a new box means sending us its new MAC address.
How to set up IPTV on a MAG box, step by step
Send us your MAC address
Turn the box over and photograph the label. Send the photo on WhatsApp. We activate it and reply with your portal URL.
Open the portal settings
Switch on the box. When the menu appears, go to Settings, then System settings > Servers > Portals. On some firmware, press the SET button on the remote to reach Settings.
Enter the portal details
Set Portal 1 name to Elitnes and type the portal address into Portal 1 URL exactly as we sent it, including the slash at the end. Press OK to save.
Restart the portal
Go back to the main settings screen and choose Restart portal (or switch the box off and on). The Elitnes portal loads with TV, Video Club and the TV guide.
Tips for MAG boxes
- Use the Ethernet port. MAG boxes are designed to be wired to the router and are most reliable that way.
- Update the firmware from the box’s settings menu if it offers a software update.
- Keep the box ventilated – an overheating box can freeze or reboot.
Common MAG box problems and fixes
Stuck on “Loading portal”
Check the portal URL for typos, including the final slash, and make sure the box shows a network connection. Then restart the portal.
“Authentication failed” or “STB not registered”
The MAC address we activated doesn’t match the box. Send us a clear photo of the label so we can check every character.
The TV guide or picture freezes
