When should you renew?
Renew a few days before your plan ends so there is no gap in your service. To see your end date, open your IPTV app’s account or playlist information – many players show it as the expiry date. If you can’t find it, just ask us on WhatsApp.
Because Elitnes plans are prepaid with no automatic renewal, we never take a payment without asking you first. You decide when, and whether, to renew.

Tell us your username and plan
Include the username from your welcome message (or your MAC address for MAG and Formuler boxes), how many devices you want and the plan length.

Our team confirms the price and sends the payment options.
Keep watching
We extend your subscription and confirm on WhatsApp. In most cases you don’t need to change anything in your app.

Upgrading when you renew
Renewal is a good moment to change your plan. Many customers move from 1 month to a 6- or 12-month plan once they know the service suits them, or add screens so the whole family can watch at once. Read about multi-room IPTV before you decide.
If your plan has already ended
Your channels stop when the plan ends, but you can still renew. Message us as above and your service starts working again once payment is confirmed. If the app shows an error after you renew, close it fully and open it again, or follow our troubleshooting guide.

Will my subscription renew automatically?
No. Plans are prepaid and end on their own. You only pay when you choose to renew.
Can I renew early?
Yes. Renew whenever you like and the new plan is added to your subscription.
Can I get a refund on a renewal?
Renewals can be refunded within 48 hours if the renewed plan hasn’t been used. See the refund policy.
I bought a new device – do I need a new subscription?
No. Install the app on the new device with the same login. For MAG and Formuler boxes, send us the new MAC address.
